**Electromechanical Technicians / Solar Structure Installers**

Eosol Group seeks to hire Electromechanical Technicians with proven experience in solar structure installation. If you are a professional passionate about the photovoltaic sector and possess skills in dismantling solar trackers, replacing motors, and performing work at height, this is your opportunity!

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Installation and dismantling of solar structures, including trackers and associated components.
* Replacement and repair of motors and other electromechanical components of solar trackers.
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at photovoltaic plants.
* Interpreting technical drawings and schematics for correct assembly of structures.
* Ensuring safety and quality in all installation and maintenance operations.
* Collaborating with the team to meet project execution deadlines.
* Operating tools and machinery specifically designed for metal structure installation.
* Strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar structure installation and/or related electromechanical work.
* 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training.
* Certification or documented experience in working at height.
* Knowledge and experience in electrical hazards.
* Experience in installation and maintenance of metal structures.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required by projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Machining, or similar.
* Specific experience in solar tracker installation and repair.
* Knowledge of different photovoltaic structure typologies.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
* Languages (English or others).
