




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with billing experience to manage invoices and prepare picking lists on a full-time basis. Key Points: 1. Billing management and picking list preparation 2. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday 3. Immediate start We are looking for an administrative assistant with billing experience. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in the administrative field is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in similar roles, particularly in billing. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required to commute to the workplace. Proficiency in computer applications, including SAP software, is also essential. Main responsibilities include billing management and picking list preparation. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00. An initial temporary substitution contract (IT) is offered, lasting approximately four months, with potential extension. Immediate start is required. Salary will comply with the Metal Trade Collective Agreement, offering an annual gross remuneration of 19\.500 euros.
