We are looking for you! .**Functions and responsibilities:** * Administrative support to **clients and suppliers**, both by telephone and email. * Order management and tracking. * Control and maintenance of **product traceability**. * Data entry and updates in the **Navision program**. * Order management in the **Navision program**. * Filing and organization of administrative documentation. * General administrative department support and coordination with other company departments. * Resolution of administrative incidents related to orders, invoicing, or suppliers. **Working hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 08:30–18:00, with a **1 hour and 15 minute break**. * **Friday:** 08:30–16:45, with a **1 hour and 15 minute break**. * **Permanent contract**.
