The role focuses on the comprehensive supervision and coordination of logistics and transportation operations. Responsibilities include managing and tracking cargo shipments in real time, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining an up-to-date status of all ongoing deliveries. This involves actively using management systems and specialized platforms to monitor each stage of the process. Additionally, the role entails subcontracting and freight management, requiring negotiation with external agencies and direct handling of various freight pools to optimize resources and costs. This aspect is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. The position also demands continuous attention and support, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, and suppliers. This constant communication is vital for resolving inquiries, conveying instructions, and maintaining the smooth flow of the entire supply chain, thereby preventing bottlenecks and misunderstandings. This position offers a stable full-time contract within an established organization. Working hours are continuous from Monday to Friday, constituting a full workday. A minimum of one year of demonstrable experience in similar roles within logistics or transportation is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Additionally, a valid Class B driving license and personal transportation means are required to carry out occasional visits to company facilities as needed.
