




Job Summary: Grupo Mimara is seeking geroculturists for its assisted living center in Zaragoza, collaborating in the comprehensive care and well-being of older adults within a multidisciplinary team. Integration into a team committed to the well-being of older adults Grupo Mimara is currently recruiting geroculturists to join our multidisciplinary team at our assisted living center for older adults located in Casablanca \- Zaragoza. Responsibilities: \- Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and onboarding of new residents, collaborating in the development and monitoring of the individualized care plan. \- Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at fulfilling daily basic activities of living. \- Collaborate in the planning, organization, and implementation of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities. \- Maintain personal hygiene of residents. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and assistive equipment. \- Provide and administer food, facilitating intake where necessary. \- Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. \- Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. \- Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. \- Provide support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as in syringe-administered feeding, under nursing supervision. \- Stimulate communication among residents and promote their daily functioning and social integration. \- Participate in integrating family members into center life. Report any health-related incidents concerning residents. \- Observe and record in the incident log any physical or behavioral changes. Requirements: \- Technician in Care for Dependent Persons or Technician in Nursing Assistant Care, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. \- Prior experience in a similar role is valued. \- Availability for full-time work. \- Vocation for caring for older adults, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
