COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and improvement of computer systems, networks, servers, and digital tools used in classrooms, offices, and other facilities of the center, as well as the management of the virtual classroom, online store, and website. Main responsibilities: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and cabling (computers, printers, projectors, digital boards, etc.). • Administration, configuration, and monitoring of servers and associated services (backups, updates, permissions, etc.). • Management, configuration, and support of the center's virtual classroom (Moodle or other educational platforms). • Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware. • Basic administration of local networks, Wi\-Fi, and computer security control. • Technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students in the use of digital tools. • Coordination with external providers for resolving complex incidents. • Management of social media publications. * Experience: 4 months.
