If you are also a responsible, committed, cheerful individual with strong customer orientation and thrive in collaborative environments… join us! **What will be your mission?** You will become part of the computer systems administration team, aiming to ensure the proper functioning, security, and efficiency of the technological infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks, ensuring the availability and integrity of the technological resources across the various companies within **ALZIS**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Computer systems administration**: You will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), management of physical and virtual servers, database administration and cloud-based services, performance monitoring and system optimization. * **Network management and maintenance**: You will handle the design, installation, and configuration of LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi networks; administration of routers and firewalls; network traffic monitoring and troubleshooting; implementation of VPNs; and remote access management. * **Technical support and incident resolution**: You will provide user assistance and support for software and hardware issues; diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems; use ticketing tools for incident tracking; configure gaming machines. * **Cybersecurity and data protection**: You will implement information security policies; manage antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS); conduct security audits and access control; respond to security incidents and prevent attacks. * **Storage and backup management**: You will support the implementation and maintenance of backups and data recovery; administer local and cloud-based storage systems. * **Others**: You will support on-call shifts for attending to and resolving incidents across different business areas, including one localized on-call shift per month. **Requirements:** --------------- **Which requirements do we consider essential?** * Education in Computer Systems and Networks or a closely related field. * Ability to resolve incidents and provide user support. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Customer-oriented interpersonal skills. * Valid driver's license for travel between work sites. **What do we offer?** * Professional career development within a company undergoing full optimization and expansion. * Integration into a dynamic team. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule, including one localized on-call shift per month. * Benefits package and discounts as an ALZIS employee. * Continuous training. **Values**: Innovation \+ Respect \+ Excellence \+ Approachability \+ Commitment Learn more about us at alzisoficial.es We count on you!
