For our service center in Alicante , we are seeking to hire a Workshop Technician . This role is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required to succeed in this position: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for hands-on work, and desire to grow, specific prior experience will not be an obstacle. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge necessary to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? You will join the workshop team and participate in vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration—following Carglass®’s established technical, quality, and safety procedures. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Performing automobile glazing repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment in accordance with defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop order. Engaging with customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. Explaining completed work and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying customers’ additional needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure efficient center organization and an excellent customer experience. What do we value? Interest in learning a technical specialty related to the automotive industry. Attention to order and detail, and commitment to safety. Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and maintain quality even during periods of high activity. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to communicate clearly. Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in automotive, mechanical, body-and-paint, windshield installation, or similar roles will be considered favorably—though it is not mandatory. What do we offer?
