We are seeking a **Store Manager** to coordinate the store's daily operations and support the team in achieving business objectives. We are looking for a proactive, well-organized individual with experience working in customer-oriented environments. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the store’s daily activities. * Supervise and support the sales team. * Organize shifts and assign tasks. * Ensure high-quality customer service. * Oversee inventory management, restocking, and product presentation. * Monitor cash handling operations and internal procedures. * Review sales performance and prepare basic reports. * Manage incidents and coordinate solutions with other departments. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements * Prior experience in store management, sales, or team supervision. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills. * Proficiency with computer tools and management systems. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. * Good command of Spanish; English is a plus.
