What will your responsibilities be?: * **Full payroll cycle management:** calculation, incident handling, variable components, and bank transfers. * **Onboarding of new employees:** contracts, communication to SEPE, and affiliation movements in the RED System. * **Management of social security contributions, CRA**, and taxes (forms 111 and 190\). * Preparation of the **annual personnel budget**. **What are we looking for?** * Education in **Labor Relations or Human Resources**. * **1 year** of experience in personnel administration and payroll. * Knowledge of **labor legislation, Social Security, and document management**. * Proficiency in office tools and experience with **HR ERP systems** is highly valued.
