




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with culinary and gastronomy training to organize kitchen staff, prepare dishes, supervise orders, and ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Kitchen staff organization 2. Preparation and presentation of diverse dishes 3. Order supervision and regulatory compliance A candidate with formal training in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy—or equivalent qualifications—plus a food handler's certificate is required. Proven experience in the sector and schedule flexibility are essential. Training in occupational risk prevention, quality management, and environmental protection will be considered an asset. Job responsibilities include organizing kitchen staff, preparing and presenting dishes according to established menus and dietary requirements, supervising orders, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Additionally, compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations—and systems such as HACCP—must be ensured. A part-time work schedule is offered, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:30 to 15:30, and rotating public holidays. The employment contract is temporary.
