These are the values that inspire our 22,000 employees across 8 countries every day! **STEF, specialist in Transport and Logistics operations, is seeking for its delegation in Burgos a Transport Manager for a temporary contract.** This is an operational position within the transport department, where you will handle customer/supplier requests and incidents to deliver the best possible service. **Your mission:** * Manage routes and international groupages, monitoring assigned internal and external transport means according to activity volumes. * Seek optimization of space utilization in routes and route planning. * Meet service quality standards and comply with customer requirements regarding packaging and transportation. * Manage transport IT tools ensuring accurate information reporting. **What we are looking for:** * At least 1 or 2 years of experience in the transport sector within a traffic department or similar role. * Computer literacy. * Ability to work with a certain degree of autonomy and self-responsibility. * Strong communication skills required. * Availability to work afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with potential future rotation to other shifts. **What we offer:** * Initial 3-month temporary contract with possibility of becoming indefinite within a leading multinational experiencing continuous growth. * Full-time hours. * Work in a dynamic environment where you will integrate with the transport team at the Burgos delegation. * Develop your communication and planning abilities through teamwork. **What sets us apart?** Being a Transport Manager at STEF means being at the heart of action.
