Then keep reading—this opportunity may be right for you. **Your Mission** Help us **transform the advisory sector**, delivering close, personalized, high-quality service to freelancers and SMEs—focusing on what truly matters: **advising with value**. **Your Day-to-Day** You will join our labor team and be responsible for end-to-end management of a high volume of payroll processing and labor advisory services for a client portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include: * Full payroll cycle management: incident entry, IRPF and payroll calculations, social security contributions (Siltra, Sistema RED), and CRA file submissions. * Preparation and filing of income tax and non-resident tax returns (forms 111, 190, 216, and 296). * Management of social security registrations, cancellations, and modifications—including sick leave, work-related accidents, and parental leave for childbirth and childcare. * Labor contracting: registrations, cancellations, drafting employment contracts, amendments, and contract registration (Contrat@). * Addressing and resolving labor-related inquiries concerning daily operations and payroll processing. * Completion of surveys issued by the National Statistics Institute (INE) and the Ministry of Labor. * Absence management and coordination with official agencies. * Issuance of unemployment certificates and related documentation. **What We Offer** * A close-knit, communicative, people-centered culture where your voice matters. * Hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 days remote) * Working hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00–17:00, with flexibility; Friday until 15:00. * Permanent employment contract and job stability. * Annual salary review and real opportunities for professional development. * Flexible compensation. * And above all—an outstanding team with whom to share, learn, and celebrate. **What You Need to Shine** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in labor advisory services, covering the full labor lifecycle including payroll. * Demonstrable experience with **A3NOM/A3ASESOR**. * Experience with Sistema RED, Siltra, and Social Security procedures. * Experience advising clients directly. * Solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations. * Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks accurately and autonomously. * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with eagerness to keep learning. **Who We Are** Talenom is a multinational company operating in Spain and Sweden, with its headquarters in Finland.
