They must handle these tools skillfully and safely, following established procedures to prevent accidents and maintain product quality. They will also be required to keep their work area clean and organized, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. The work takes place in a production environment with a consistent pace, where efficiency and precision are essential. The candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure meat cuts are processed according to established standards and must identify potential defects in the meat to report them to the supervisor. Prior experience in similar tasks and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts; the contract is permanent.
