Production Operator

Description

We are seeking a production operator to work in the automotive sector, manufacturing vehicle components in Soria. The environment is industrial and dynamic, with standardized processes and a strong focus on quality and safety. A temporary contract is offered with high likelihood of continuity, full-time 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts—providing schedule variety and facilitating work-life balance. Immediate incorporation is available. Key responsibilities include operating on the production and assembly line, ensuring each component meets quality standards. Visual inspections are conducted to detect defects, and collaboration with the team maintains production pace and efficiency. Attention to detail and adherence to procedures are essential to ensure product reliability and safety. Previous experience in industrial or production environments is required, along with the ability to work in a team and follow established processes, availability for rotating shifts, and a proactive and committed attitude. Flexibility in working hours and engagement will be key to integrating successfully into the role. A minimum of 6 months’ experience in manufacturing or production environments is required, preferably in the automotive industry. The ability to work in a team and follow established procedures is mandatory.
