




Job Summary: As Quality Manager, you will define, control, maintain, and ensure the management system, drive process improvement, and supervise corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and control the quality management system. 2. Drive continuous improvement of processes within the organization. 3. Manage customer complaints and Non-Conformities. **Job Description** **How will you make a difference?** As **Quality Manager**, you will define, control, maintain, and ensure the management system, while driving organizational process improvement in accordance with established standards and requirements. You will also supervise corrective and preventive actions arising from Non-Conformities and customer complaints, and manage corresponding responses. Additionally, you will coordinate environmental initiatives and oversee their implementation. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ENSURE MAINTENANCE OF REQUIREMENTS * Maintenance and updating of the Management System, procedures, and records. * Monitoring of procedure adherence across different process stages. * Corrective actions and solutions for identified deviations. * Compliance with standards, requirements, and regulations. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ACTIONS (PROCESS, ORG.) * Establish systematic approaches and action plans for continuous process improvement and performance enhancement. * Participate in and/or lead scheduled meetings for planning and monitoring improvement and/or corrective actions. ENVIRONMENT * Lead the environmental management system and ensure compliance with standards, requirements, and regulations. * Coordinate necessary internal and external actions. COMPLAINT AND NON-CONFORMITY MANAGEMENT * Collect and respond to customer complaints. * Manage expertise derived from complaints. * Manage Non-Conformities and track related actions. TEAM MANAGEMENT **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * Strong command of Spanish and English. * Technical knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement. * Familiarity with Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. * Solid leadership skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proactive mindset and goal orientation. *Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
