From our flagship hotel in Soria, you will become part of a growing boutique project where each dish contributes to an overarching experience. Position Mission Support the kitchen team in food preparation, organization, and service execution—ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality in every dish, aligned with the Noctis DNA standards. Main Responsibilities * Support in mise en place and preparation of ingredients. * Execution of basic preparations under the Chef’s supervision. * Collaboration during service plating and timing control. * Receiving, storing, and managing raw materials. * Maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness according to regulations. * Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety protocols. * Support during events, weddings, and special services. Candidate Profile * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in kitchen roles (experience in gastronomic or hospitality settings is advantageous). * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and eagerness for continuous learning. * Professional appearance and commitment. * Personal vehicle required (location is 10 minutes from Soria).
