Job Summary: Educator for a youth emancipation resource, developing socio-labor integration pathways and supporting young people's autonomy process. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting young people in their autonomy development process **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education. Relevant experience in intervention with young people who have aged out of the Minor Protection System is desirable. Proficiency in educational intervention strategies with young people and their emancipation process. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. High motivation for educational work with young people. Strong capacity for learning. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work effectively in a team will be valued. **Job Position:** ---------------------- Educator at a youth emancipation resource for young people who have aged out of foster care. Among other responsibilities, duties include: developing socio-labor integration and emancipation pathways for young people who have aged out of foster care, and supporting the autonomy process of program users. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Schedule:** -------------------- 38.5 hours per week, morning shifts, weekends. **Minimum Educational Requirements:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to applicable collective agreement.
