Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented operator for production, packaging, quality control, and hygiene maintenance tasks in the seed sector. Key Points: 1. Prior experience in handling and differentiating seed varieties. 2. Temporary contract with potential for continuity and permanent position. 3. Appreciation of proactivity and teamwork as well as individual work. We are looking for an operator or individual with attention to detail to work in seed sector production in Vícar. Main responsibilities include preparing and cleaning packaging lines to prevent contamination, operating bagging, weighing, and sealing machinery. Visual quality checks will also be performed and samples taken from batches, with results documented. Labeling and palletizing duties are included, ensuring product traceability; the operator must maintain order and hygiene in their work area, adhering to safety protocols. Proactivity and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are valued. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00\. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for continuity and transition to a permanent position based on performance and company needs. At least 1 year of prior experience in similar roles, preferably within the seed, phytosanitary, or food sectors. Demonstrated attention to detail is essential for correct handling and differentiation of seed varieties. Knowledge of packaging machinery operation is required. A minimum of 2 years of general work experience is required. Knowledge of seeds is considered an advantage. Education: No formal education required.
