2 EXTRA WAITERS/WAITRESSES – WEEKENDS – CENTRAL MADRID Restaurant located in the **Literary Quarter, central Madrid**, is seeking **2 experienced extra waiters/waitresses** to work on weekends. We are not merely looking to cover isolated days. We aim to retain these individuals **stably throughout the entire season**. SCHEDULE Approximate schedule: * **Friday night:** 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM * **Saturday lunch:** 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM * **Saturday night:** 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM * **Sunday lunch:** 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Approximately **20 hours per week per person**. There is some **flexibility in scheduling**. Depending on service needs, certain shifts may start slightly later or be reduced by approximately one hour. COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT **Compensation starting from €10/hour**, to be finalized based on experience, availability, and performance. **Contract based on hours worked.** The intention is to retain the waiters/waitresses throughout the season and maintain a stable team of weekend extras.
