YOGA AND MEDITATION – NEW AREA AT RETIRO PARK

WE HAVE MOVED TO A SHADED AREA. IT IS MARKED WITH A RED STAR IN THE PHOTO. Head to the Palacio de Cristal, position yourself on the south side facing the Fallen Angel statue, and you’ll see us 100 meters from the Palacio de Cristal, beside the stream with two wooden bridges. Every Saturday and Sunday. No getting lost. Schedule for Saturdays and Sundays: Yoga from 11:30 to 12:30, and meditation from 12:30 to 13:30. You may attend the full session or just part of it. Please bring a towel or yoga mat. Price: voluntary donation. Welcome! Registration is not required.
