As a VTC driver, you will be responsible for picking up and transporting passengers to and from their destinations, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort. You will work afternoon-to-night shifts, primarily operating routes within Madrid and its surrounding areas. You will use the company’s automatic vehicles bearing the CERO or ECO label, facilitating access to restricted zones. You will join a dynamic team that values responsibility and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining your vehicle in optimal condition and following navigation system instructions to optimize routes. Additionally, you will have access to continuous training and wellness services such as at-home physiotherapy. Indefinite-term contract with a fixed gross monthly salary of €1,442.14 plus monthly incentives and tips. Fixed rest days: Sunday and Monday. Valid Class B driving license with at least 8 points and a minimum of 2 years’ validity. Proficiency with navigation apps such as Waze and familiarity with Madrid’s street network are required. No specific formal training is required, but a responsible attitude and strong customer service orientation are highly valued.
