At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a candidate with experience as a **QA automation** professional to join one of our teams. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in test automation. * 1 year’s experience with JavaScript. * Knowledge of testing (V\&V) in complex software environments. * Development of test plans and design of test cases. * Execution of manual tests, including user acceptance testing (UAT) or similar. * Identification, documentation, and reporting of defects. * Minimum English level B2 (ability to read technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders). Desirable Requirements * Experience working under the Scrum methodology. * Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server. * Familiarity with IBM Rational DOORS for requirements management. * Support in functional documentation and user manuals. Soft Skills * Analytical ability to understand complex workflows and detect inconsistencies. * Effective communication, both oral and written, with technical and non-technical teams. * Teamwork in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments. * Proactivity and quality orientation. * Adaptability to regulated environments with high documentation demands.
