Position Summary: Grenergy is seeking a PPA Manager to lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and energy sales contracts for renewable and energy storage (BESS) projects, contributing to the company’s commercial strategy and asset monetization. At Grenergy, we are looking for a **PPA Manager** to lead the structuring, negotiation, and management of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and energy sales contracts for renewable and energy storage (BESS) projects, directly supporting the company’s commercial and asset monetization strategy. The role will play a key part in identifying market opportunities, engaging with off-takers, and optimizing the energy portfolio across various international markets. What will be your responsibilities? * Analyze electricity markets and regulatory trends in countries where Grenergy operates, identifying opportunities and risks. * Lead the identification of new business opportunities and potential off-takers in utility-scale and corporate (C&I) markets. * Develop and manage strategic relationships with utilities, suppliers, traders, and corporate buyers. * Structure, negotiate, and close PPAs and other energy sales contracts for renewable and battery (BESS) projects. * Actively manage the existing PPA portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and value maximization. * Coordinate negotiation processes and contractual alignment with internal teams (Development, Finance, Legal, Energy Management, and Asset Management). * Participate in pricing analysis, hedging strategies, and energy marketing models. * Monitor energy market developments and competitive activity to support strategic decision-making. What do we expect from you? * Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. * +5 years of experience in PPAs, electricity markets, origination, or energy trading within the energy sector. * Solid knowledge of electricity markets, preferably in Europe. * Prior experience in renewables and/or energy storage (BESS). * Experience negotiating energy sales contracts and managing complex commercial relationships. * Strong analytical capability and understanding of contractual structures and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercially oriented skills. * Advanced level of English.
