**Description:** ---------------- At Helphone, we grow together! We are seeking a Process Engineer for Turbine Installation with experience in wind turbine installation. The candidate will be responsible for validating the turbine installation tools for our client, a major multinational company in the wind energy sector. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (minimum C1 level or equivalent). Possibility of up to 100% remote work. Occasional travel availability will be considered a positive asset. What will your responsibilities be? * Define and update installation processes and specifications in alignment with project manager requirements and wind turbine designers’ specifications. * Gather engineering, project management, QHSE, and procurement requirements to validate the client’s turbine installation tools. * Translate lessons learned from the project manager into requirements for the engineering department to improve wind turbine design. * Participate in product development teams. Review designs and propose improvements and corrections from the perspective of installation and the center of excellence. * Resolve incidents and open improvement actions raised by the project management and installation quality departments related to installation documents/processes.
