Assist the person responsible for managing total inventory stored in the warehouse and ensuring accuracy of goods issued to various points of sale. Help identify slow-moving inventory and collaborate with Food & Beverage (F&B) Managers. Ensure competitive quotations when necessary. Safely procure emergency items ordered by the Engineering, Food & Beverage, and General Stores departments. Prepare purchase orders for all required items. Conduct monthly physical inventories across all beverage areas (warehouses and beverage outlets), verifying all inventory sheets according to Almanac’s Policies and Procedures. Support the Accounts Department with goods receipt requests and invoice requests. Maintain good relationships with operations. Perform any additional tasks assigned. ### **Requirements** • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration and Management. • Experience with Material Control. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. • Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus. • Experience with Micros Symphony and Opera is a plus. ### **Offered** €500 / month \- Access to staff canteen; uniform and laundry service. \- Access to employee discounts.
