Salary:**30,000 € - 38,000 €** Type of contract:**Permanent** Working hours:**Full-time** Experience:**5 years of experience** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HYPERMILL PROGRAMMER POSITION: * We are seeking a CAM programmer with over 5 years of experience in developing machining processes for complex parts, including 3- and 5-axis continuous machining, as well as machining operations on turning centers and CNC lathes. * Experience and/or knowledge in Hypermill CAM software is essential. Additionally, experience in Catia V5 will be highly valued. * Formal education is not required, but a Higher Degree or equivalent in Machining will be particularly valued. * Extensive knowledge of fixtures, cutting tools, cutting conditions, and machining strategies. * Broad understanding of the complete machining process and the relationship between technical office and production. * High proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, 3D models, and 3D interpretation. * Experience in the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and high-value-added industries. * Requirements: Own vehicle. Residence in Ajalvir, nearby areas, or ability to commute to the location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HYPERMILL PROGRAMMER POSITION: * The selected candidate will join as a CAM programmer within the technical office of a company specializing in high-value-added component machining and prototyping for space, aviation, defense, and nuclear sectors. * Carry out machining process programming using Hypermill for 3- and 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes. * Develop and design fixtures for subsequent workshop manufacturing. * Optimize machining processes together with workshop personnel. CONDITIONS OF THE POSITION: * Salary: Between 30,000 – 38,000 € (including shift allowance), depending on the candidate's qualifications. * Contract: Permanent. * Schedule: Rotating shifts: 6:30–14:45 and 14:30–22:45, with 15 minutes break per shift.
