This initiative is built on the **Pega Platform**, emphasizing **workflow automation, case management/BPM**, and agile evolution with a low-code approach, enabling accelerated change and continuous improvement. **Location:** Spain (remote work) **Work Mode:** 100% remote with **occasional on-site visits** to the client **Dedication:** 100% to the project **Duration:** **Stable, long-term project** (+4 years) **Language:** **English NOT required** **What You'll Do:** * Develop and evolve solutions on **Pegasystems / Pega Platform**. * Implement **cases, stages, and flows** (case life cycle), business rules, and validations. * Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (APIs/services) and data handling. * Design and adapt UI (sections/harness) and user experience according to process requirements. * Participate in technical refinement, estimation, incident management, and deployment support. * Ensure best practices: quality, performance, traceability, and maintainability. * Work in an Agile environment **What We Offer:** * **Innovative project** using Pega with real-world impact on healthcare transformation. * **Stability:** duration +4 years and full dedication. * **Remote work** as standard (planned occasional visits). * **Strong team** and direct collaboration with functional and technical leadership profiles. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum 3 years of experience as a **developer** in project environments (preferably public sector or regulated industries). Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in: * Pega Platform development (rules, flows, case management). * Integrations (REST/SOAP or similar services) and API consumption. * Working in Agile teams, version control, and delivery cycles. Quality orientation, problem-solving ability, and autonomous remote work. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in healthcare projects (clinical/administrative processes, traceability, auditing). Pega certifications (CSA/CSSA/…) or equivalent experience. Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting in Pega environments.
