For new projects in the railway sector, we require a QUALITY TECHNICIAN FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS in Madrid, reporting to the Project Director. The main responsibilities will be:
**Responsibilities**
* Quality control, including management of testing laboratories and planning and monitoring of testing plans.
* Preparation of Quality Plans and Inspection Point Programs (PPIs).
* Implementation, monitoring, and verification of compliance with Quality Plans and applicable legal requirements.
* Conducting internal audits to verify proper implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
* Control and management of quality system documentation (PPIs, control documentation, inspection documentation, quality records, etc.).
* Planning, coordination, and monitoring of quality control inspections and tests on site, as well as analysis and follow-up of corrective actions arising from non-conformities.
* Participation in quality audits conducted by the client on projects under the candidate’s responsibility.
* Verification of compliance with the project’s Test Plan.
* Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality requirements established for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Management and monitoring of project quality indicators and applicable process indicators.
* Management of non-conformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and change control.
**Requirements**:
* Higher or intermediate education degree with a Master’s in Quality.
* Minimum of 2\-3 years of on-site experience is mandatory.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the functions described above.
* Experience in HSEQ.
