ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking to hire a hands-on Software Architect who will actively participate in the design and evolution of complex technological solutions and support development teams in their implementation. The selected candidate will play a key role in defining modern, scalable, and maintainable architectures, ensuring the technical quality of solutions and their alignment with business needs. Technical Knowledge and Experience Solid backend development experience in Java, preferably in microservices-based environments. Experience in designing and exposing APIs, and applying architectural patterns and best practices (e.g., clean/hexagonal architecture, resilience, decoupling, etc.). Practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in cloud environments—especially Azure and/or AWS—and in cloud-native architectures. Architectural understanding of frontend applications (Angular) and mobile platforms (Android and iOS), as well as their integration with backend systems. Familiarity with the full development lifecycle: CI/CD, testing, quality assurance, technical debt management, and observability. Ability to provide technical leadership to teams and serve as a reference point for technical decision-making. Skill in communicating and justifying architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments with a focus on continuous improvement. Orientation toward quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability of solutions REQUIRED DEGREE: MECES 3 (Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUESTED PROFILE: 5 years
