Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced lathe operator to perform adjustments, maintenance, and ensure the quality of machined parts, collaborating with production to meet delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration with the production team to meet delivery deadlines 2. Guarantee of quality and precision in machined parts 3. Basic machinery maintenance We are looking for a lathe operator (male or female) with more than six months of experience to work at a precision machining company in the automotive sector, located in Arganda del Rey. Experience in both conventional lathes and CNC is valued. Responsibilities include performing machine adjustments and basic maintenance, ensuring the quality and precision of machined parts, and collaborating with the production team to meet delivery deadlines. **Employment type is temporary:** three months through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with possibility of extension and subsequent indefinite incorporation into the company’s permanent staff. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, morning shift. Salary ranges between €12.37 and €13.28 gross per hour, depending on category, with immediate start. * Prior experience as a lathe operator is desirable. * Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing (FPI/FPII) is desirable. * Immediate availability to start. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
