At Savills España, an international real estate consultancy, we are looking to hire a Trainee BIM Architect to join our Architecture Division based in our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: Support BIM Coordinators and the BIM Manager in developing Basic and Execution projects for the office fit-out department. * Proficiency in Revit to develop BIM models according to the discipline, following Savills' BIM Management System. * Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion... for creating visualizations, as well as Photoshop. * Coordinate the creation and updating of BIM models throughout the different project phases. * Manage BIM models to ensure accurate quantity take-offs using Cost\-It to Presto. * Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaborative Revit model development. * Degree in Higher Architecture. * Essential training and experience in BIM methodology. * Minimum of 2 years of experience. * Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, rendering software, and Microsoft Office Suite. * High level of English proficiency. * Organized, methodical individual with teamwork ability and results-oriented.
