Take advantage of initiatives supporting your physical and psychological health. * **Productivity tools:** Use cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and effectiveness. **Role Description:** ======================== We are seeking a Production Manager for a Railway project based in Castejón (Navarra). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control and supervise assigned construction execution tasks, reporting to the Site Manager and collaborating with the rest of the team in accordance with the project and applicable regulations. * Develop and monitor the Work Plan together with the Site Manager (proficiency in Microsoft Project will be valued). * Monitor and forecast costs, as well as perform monthly closing reports, in collaboration with the Site Manager (proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be valued). * Request quotations, prepare comparative analyses, and negotiate contracts in coordination with the Site Manager. * Quality and Environment: Monitor technical quality of the work in collaboration with the competent team. * Supervise compliance with Health and Safety regulations on site, in collaboration with Health and Safety professionals. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering in Public Works / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in linear construction projects. * Required skills: Microsoft Office. * Desired skills: Microsoft Project and Presto. * English level B2-C1. * Valid driver's license and geographic mobility. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Be part of a leading company in its sector, present in 6 key markets. * A solid and innovative project.
