Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies **JOB DESCRIPTION** **IT Coordinator – IT Coordinator** **Adient Automotive, Location:** Alagón (Zaragoza) **JOB MISSION:** Reporting to the Logistic \& IT Manager, responsibilities include: * Coordinating the systems team composed of 2 IT Administrators to ensure system and plant infrastructure availability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administering and maintaining business applications and infrastructure in accordance with established quality, cost, and timeline criteria * Managing and administering IT assets, ensuring their updates and maintenance in line with company standards * Jointly planning the annual budget with the department head * Acting as the liaison/contact point with the central support team and assigned service providers * Ensuring compliance with the company’s cybersecurity policies * Coordinating the implementation of IT projects—both local and global—ensuring their correct implementation within the stipulated timeframe. + Analyzing customer needs and requirements + Defining project scope together with the department director + Managing necessary actions to achieve project objectives + Identifying personnel, required resources, and eligible suppliers + Analyzing proposed solutions and negotiating budgets + Coordinating teams (suppliers, internal/external teams) to achieve implementation **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Computer Science or Information Engineering * Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in a systems department * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience coordinating an IT team * Ability to analyze requirements * Teamwork skills; proactivity and assertiveness * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills, ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and in-depth knowledge of IT best practices * High-level proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proactive attitude toward continuous training * Experience in industrial environments with MES * Power BI knowledge * Database, programming languages, networking, and virtualization knowledge * Experience managing the annual budget of a systems department * Experience working in a multinational company **PRIMARY LOCATION** Alagon
