We are selecting personnel for the position of slaughterer in an agri-food company with facilities in Celanova. The person assigned will be responsible for the reception and handling of animals, always following animal welfare protocols, and will carry out the slaughter of rabbits in accordance with current sanitary regulations. Daily tasks also include evisceration and preparation of carcasses, butchering and classification of meat, as well as packaging and labeling of the final product. In addition, the person will perform visual quality and hygiene control throughout the entire process, and will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting facilities, machinery, and utensils. All of this must be carried out in compliance with food safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards.
