**Job Description** We are looking for an **Administrative Staff** member with strong customer service orientation for one of our SAT Centers. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support in the daily management of the center, ensuring smooth communication with customers and accurate control of equipment and inventory. **Main Responsibilities** * Register and update equipment information in the computer system, keeping the database organized and up to date. * Coordinate and communicate preventive maintenance dates to customers. * Manage spare parts and replacement equipment inventory, recording movements and requesting restocking when necessary. * Handle phone calls and emails, resolving inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate department. * Manage the receipt and shipment of equipment, checking their condition, packing/unpacking, and recording traceability. **Conditions** * **Permanent contract.** * **Biweekly rotating schedule:** + Week 1: 8:00 to 15:00 h + Week 2: 8:00 to 16:30 h (with 30 minutes for lunch) * Join a **well-established company**, with opportunities for growth and **continuous training**. **Requirements** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Degree in Administration, Finance, or related field. * Sales or customer service skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage communications clearly and professionally. * Prior experience in customer management or similar roles. * Proficiency with computer tools and ability to quickly learn new systems.
