We’re waiting for you! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support in technical planning and documentation * + Preparation and updating of technical and administrative documentation. + Collaboration in preparing work orders and production planning alongside the Production Manager. * General administrative tasks * + Archiving and management of technical documentation. + Preparation of budgets. + Preparation of reports and summaries for plant managers. + Administrative communication with clients. * Inventory management and control * + Review and updating of inventories. + Control of inventory inflows and outflows, and support in improving inventory processes. * Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration or equivalent, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics. * Computer skills: Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). * Specific technical training: Knowledge of inventory management and industrial processes is desirable. * Languages: Intermediate level of English (B2) is desirable. * Previous experience: Not essential, but internship experience or up to 1–2 years in a similar position will be valued. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required (location: Villanueva de Gállego).** **Required competencies:** * Teamwork * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Written and verbal communication * Proactivity and adaptability * Learning ability
