We are looking for passionate professionals who wish to grow with us and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment. **About the position:** As Head of the In-House Prevention Service, you will be the key figure in managing and implementing all occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures at our Tudela facility. Your mission will be to ensure a safe working environment by complying with current regulations and promoting a prevention culture at all organizational levels. **Main responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the company's In-House Prevention Service. * Develop, implement, and supervise occupational risk prevention plans and programs tailored to the specific activities and risks of the industry. * Conduct workplace risk assessments and propose preventive and corrective measures. * Ensure compliance with current OHS legislation and coordinate relationships with external agencies (Labor Inspection, Mutuals, etc.). * Organize and deliver OHS training and information to employees. * Investigate work-related accidents and occupational diseases, proposing and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. * Supervise the use and maintenance of personal (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Participate in preventive activity planning. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation on prevention. * Promote a safety and health culture through internal campaigns, training, and communication. * Manage and lead the team of prevention professionals under your supervision. * Collaborate with other departments (Production, Maintenance, HR) to integrate prevention into all operational aspects. * Stay updated on legislative and technical developments in OHS. **Requirements:** * Higher university degree in technical or scientific disciplines (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.) or Health Sciences (Medicine, Nursing, etc.). * Specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention (Master's or TSO in all three specialties: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology). Officially recognized or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments. * In-depth knowledge of Spanish legislation on occupational risk prevention. * Ability to assess and manage occupational risks. * Experience in developing prevention plans and action protocols. * Leadership, team management, and communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proactive attitude, rigor, and results-oriented mindset. **Valued skills:** * Experience managing External or In-House Prevention Services. * Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). * Additional training in areas such as industrial safety, occupational health, emergency management, etc. * Technical level of English. **We offer:** * Permanent contract and direct hiring by Eosol Group. * Opportunities for professional development within a solid and growing company. * Integration into a dynamic and committed team. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate's experience and qualifications. * Location in Tudela, Navarra.
