**Job Description** Would you like to lead the implementation of HR policies at a new strategic center, working side by side with the team? We are seeking a Generalist Labor Manager to coordinate labor and recruitment activities within the People Area, ensuring correct application of HR policies at the Épila center. In addition to coordination tasks, this person will actively participate in processes and provide operational support as a full team member, directly contributing to daily management and resolution of challenges. Reporting directly to the HR Directorate, ensuring a strategic perspective aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Simultaneously, this role will collaborate closely with departmental section heads, adhering to established policies and procedures to guarantee operational consistency.
