**JOB DESCRIPTION****Launch Engineer – Industrial Project Leader****Adient Automotive****, Location:** Alagón (Zaragoza)**Job Mission**
Lead and ensure the industrial launch of new projects at the plant, guaranteeing achievement of **quality, cost, schedule, and investment** objectives from the industrialization phase through **Start of Production (SOP)**.
Act as the plant’s **industrial launch reference**, coordinating local and corporate multidisciplinary teams, and leading proper **product and process change management** in series-phase projects, ensuring industrial stability and customer supply.**Main Responsibilities****Industrial Launches*** Lead launch projects from the industrialization phase through SOP, ensuring achievement of planned objectives in quality, cost, schedule, and investment.
* Identify launch-related risks and define preventive and corrective action plans.
* Coordinate and energize multidisciplinary teams involved in launches, removing barriers and ensuring objective achievement.
**Change Management in Series Projects*** Lead implementation of product and process changes in production projects.
* Ensure industrial robustness, traceability, supply continuity, and compliance with quality standards.
* Manage and track changes from SOP until project completion, using defined corporate tools.
**Cross-functional and International Coordination*** Coordinate key plant functions involved in launches: Manufacturing Engineering / Advance Manufacturing, Quality Engineering / Advance Quality, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Safety and Environment.
* Act as the primary liaison between the plant and the corporate team (SDT / Program Management).
* Manage relationships with machinery suppliers and component suppliers, as well as customer liaison when required.
**Requirements*** University degree in **Engineering** (Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization or related field).
* Minimum of **4–6 years** of experience in a multinational industrial environment, including:
+ at least **2 years in industrial project launches**, and
+ prior experience in **manufacturing engineering, quality engineering and/or program management**.
* Experience in the automotive sector or other highly demanding industrial environments.
* Solid knowledge of industrial project management.
* Regular use of management and reporting tools: **MS Office: Excel / Power BI**, PowerPoint, project planning and tracking tools.
* High level of English, with regular interaction with headquarters in Germany, international suppliers, and customers.
