Job Mission** To provide healthcare assistance and technical support in health surveillance, well-being promotion, and occupational risk prevention activities—ensuring high-quality care for workers and compliance with current regulations. **. Key Responsibilities** 1\. **Management and follow-up of medical leaves**, maintaining communication with the mutual insurance company and HR. 2\. **Providing first aid and immediate healthcare assistance** in response to accidents or incidents occurring at the workplace. 3\. **Participating in health promotion campaigns**, such as vaccination programs, ergonomics initiatives, and healthy lifestyle education. 4\. **Collaborating in the management and maintenance of clinical records**, healthcare registers, and documentation generated from related activities. 5\. **Controlling and managing medical supplies**, first-aid kits, and emergency equipment. 6\. **Supporting accident investigations** from a healthcare perspective. 7\. **Coordinating with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and HR departments** on all matters related to occupational health. 8\. **Applying internal protocols and procedures**, ensuring confidentiality and security of healthcare information. 9\. **Statistical monitoring and reporting**, preparing reports to identify trends and priority intervention areas. **. Job Requirements** **Education** * Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Specialization in **Occupational Health Nursing** (desirable). * Training in **Occupational Risk Prevention** (Basic or higher level, desirable). * Certification in Basic Life Support / AED (desirable). **Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in **occupational medicine**, prevention services, mutual insurance companies, or similar healthcare settings. **Knowledge** * Legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention and regulations governing health surveillance. * Healthcare emergency response protocols. * Proficiency with IT tools and healthcare management applications. **.
