




Salary:**To be determined** Type of contract:**Fixed-term contract** Working hours:**Full-time** Experience:**1 year of experience** TEMPS is seeking to hire an Accounting Technician with solid, demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in the accounting and finance field. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactivity, rigor in performing duties, and the ability to work both independently and within a team will be highly valued. Main Responsibilities: - Perform bank account reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and identifying discrepancies. - Manage and supervise electronic banking operations, including transfers, payments, and collections. - Process and manage payment and collection batches to suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and company policies. - Actively participate in the complete accounting cycle, from transaction recording to monthly and annual closing. - Assist in preparing tax returns and managing relationships with tax authorities such as SII (Sistema de Información Inmediata) of Hacienda. - Utilize and optimize the use of Navision (or similar) accounting management software, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval. - Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis of variances. - Stay updated on current accounting and tax regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management. - Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required.
