We are seeking personnel to work for a chemical industry company located in Utebo. Selected candidates will join a dynamic team in a safe, quality-oriented working environment. Responsibilities include operating production machinery and equipment according to instructions; monitoring the manufacturing process to meet quality standards; handling required materials; performing minor rework such as molding, deburring, and polishing of parts; collaborating in production control and optimization; and complying with occupational health and safety regulations. This position offers stable employment, initial and ongoing training provided by the company, full-time continuous shifts on a rotating schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday), and the opportunity to work for an industry-leading company in an organized and safe environment. * You are methodical, responsible, agile, and skilled at manual work. * Willingness to adapt and learn. * Personal vehicle. * Minimum three months’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. * Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. * Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. * Flexibility and capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment.
