Job Summary: We are seeking a geriatric care assistant to provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, weekend) with scheduled days off 2. Real possibility of an indefinite-term contract 3. No prior professional experience required We are looking for a person to perform the duties of a geriatric care assistant in a residential facility. Responsibilities will include direct care and support for residents, assisting them in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This position requires availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with scheduled days off assigned according to a shift schedule. Night shift coverage is also an option. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with full-time hours and a real possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term contract upon completion of this period. **Professional Experience:** None required **Education:** Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Dependency Care Technician, Social-Healthcare Technician for Institutional Settings, or exceptional institutional qualification.
