Participation in the day-to-day operations of the service JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a candidate to join our IT support team in a Junior N1 position. We value attitude more than experience. What matters most is finding someone eager to learn, genuinely interested in computing, and motivated to grow within the support area. The selected candidate will assist users, manage incidents, and perform routine daily tasks, collaborating closely with the rest of the team and learning in a real-world environment. **Responsibilities:** * Providing user support for daily incidents * Managing and tracking tickets * Desktop support * Preparing and configuring equipment * Assisting users with access rights and changes * Escalating issues to other team members when necessary **Requirements** * Vocational training in computing, preferably SMR or equivalent * Interest in computing and user support * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally * Positive attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Professional and courteous interaction with users **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, or networking * Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken, is desirable. * Any prior experience—however limited—in technical support or user assistance **What We Offer** * Integration into an internal IT team * Learning and growth opportunities within the support area * Hands-on on-the-job training * Participation in the day-to-day operations of the service **Employment Details** * Contract duration: Initially temporary for 3 months, with the objective of training and conversion to an indefinite contract after 6 months. * Working hours: 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–19:00 — Friday intensive schedule. * Work modality: Hybrid
