Do you want to develop your potential and grow professionally with us? **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for operational and customer interaction data. * Integrate data from multiple sources, such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and customer experience platforms. * Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes and batch and near real-time data ingestion flows. * Design and maintain analytical data models for reporting, analysis, and artificial intelligence. * Ensure data quality, traceability, observability, and governance. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * Proven experience in Data Engineering and building data pipelines. * Experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytical data modeling. * Practical experience with ETL/ELT tools and API-based integration (REST APIs). * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data lineage, and observability. **Additional Information:** -------------------------- ### **Education** Bachelor's Degree ### **Contract Type** Permanent Contract ### **Minimum Experience** 3 years ### **Working Hours** Full-time At Alcorce, we champion talent without labels.
