For the **Hotel BelleVue Aquarius**, located in **Lanzarote**, we are seeking to strengthen our kitchen team by hiring **Kitchen Assistants**, key profiles to ensure high-quality service aligned with our operational standards. **Your mission:** Join the kitchen team at the Aquarius Hotel, contributing to smooth service delivery through food preparation, cooking, and operational support in the kitchen, while ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. ***What will you do on a daily basis?*** * Support pre-service food preparation and basic cooking tasks. * Assist chefs during service periods according to operational needs. * Perform cleaning and organization tasks for work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Collaborate in proper storage of ingredients and replenishment of supplies. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** *Mandatory* * Prior kitchen experience in a similar role (Chef or Kitchen Assistant). * Ability to work effectively as part of a team in high-activity environments. * Responsibility, organizational skills, and service quality orientation. * Availability for full-time work with flexible working hours. * **Residence in the local area.** *Desirable* * Previous experience in hotels. * Familiarity with kitchen operations for high-volume services. * Proactive attitude and commitment to doing work well. * Ability to adapt to varying service paces. ***What do we offer?*** * Immediate incorporation at O7 Hotels’ Hotel BelleVue Aquarius. * Salary according to the current Hospitality Collective Agreement. * Full-time position with flexible working hours. ***Are you interested?*** If you meet the requirements and wish to join O7 Hotels’ kitchen team this summer season, we would be delighted to meet you.
