We are a young and dynamic hotel chain headquartered in Palma de Mallorca, currently expanding, specializing in 3- and 4-star hotels that offer travelers maximum comfort, functional facilities, and a professional team focused on delivering personalized and close service. ***FUNCTIONS*** * Perform cash reconciliation and receive the handover from the previous shift * Provide continuous customer service and follow up with guests * Manage telephone switchboard * Check reservation documents (prices, proforma invoices) * Respond to emails * Ensure awareness of updates and information from the outgoing shift * Ensure all shift-specific tasks are completed * Use established records within the department * Verify availability of necessary work materials and notify the department manager if lacking * Record incidents, updates, or guest comments in designated systems * Know or ensure access to information regarding all hotel services, rates, and schedules * Attend department meetings.
