Tasks to be performed: * Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and quality standards. * Collaborate with the team in planning and organizing daily tasks. * Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in menu creation and ingredient preparation. * Contribute to inventory control and supply of necessary products. * Daily cooking and plating of food. * Assist cooks in ingredient preparation (cutting, washing, etc.). * Clean utensils and work areas. * Learn and grow with new culinary techniques. * Participate in creating innovative dishes and adapting menus. * Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. * Sort waste and keep garbage areas tidy. * Report handover information to the next shift. * Store food properly.
