We are currently seeking a candidate for the FUO scholarship in Human Resource Management and Development. All this while safeguarding our organization’s people and working collaboratively to attract and retain talent that adds value. **Responsibilities** Recruitment and Selection:* Participate in drafting and publishing job vacancies, promoting them through recruitment channels. * Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and administer the Candidate Portal. * Screen resumes and apply recruitment methodologies. * Communicate with candidates and provide feedback, keeping them informed about the status of their application. * Participate in job fairs, university talks, etc. * Assist in assigning IT tools, corporate branding materials, etc. Training:* Participate in managing the training credit on the FUNDAE platform. * Register training activities, along with associated documentation, in the database. * Assist in organizing training activities: scheduling, managing training venues, coordinating travel for participants. Other Areas:* Assist in organizing medical examinations, distribution and registration of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc. * Collaborate in presenting internal regulations manuals. * Participate in promoting initiatives related to equality plans, safe mobility, and healthy workplace programs.
